Prices
Tickets can be purchased at the Palau. Admission includes access to the current exhibition and the historic rooms.

A lift serves every floor of the exhibition itinerary.
Step-free access
The whole visitor route is accessible by wheelchair. Wheelchairs are available free of charge at reception.
Braille
The visitor guide is available in Braille at the front desk.
Adapted toilets
Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor.
Guide dogs
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome throughout the Palau.
Staff assistance
Our team is trained to assist visitors with reduced mobility. Ask at reception at any time.
Good practices
A few simple habits help us protect the artworks and make the visit pleasant for everyone.
The artworks
Please do not touch the artworks and keep a safe distance. The oils on your skin can damage surfaces permanently.
Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the Palau, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs.
Photos
Photography without flash is allowed for personal use. Tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted.
Phone
Please set your phone to silent mode and take calls outside the exhibition rooms.
Food
Food and drink are not allowed in the exhibition rooms.
Behaviour
Please speak quietly and be mindful of other visitors so everyone can enjoy the exhibition.
Children
Children are very welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Smoke-free area
The entire building, including the courtyard, is a smoke-free area.
Press accreditation
Press accreditation is granted only to journalists carrying out professional work for subsequent publication and dissemination.
To obtain it, please send an e-mail 24 hours before the visit, to [email protected], indicating the day of the visit together with the name of the journalist covering the exhibition, their e-mail and a contact telephone number.
In the case of websites and blogs, regular publication over the last 6 months will be verified.
Press accreditation is valid for one person only, and the visit cannot take place on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
