Due to the limited capacity, we recommend you buy the anticipated entry through our website to avoid queuing and waiting for availability to get in. In the process of buying the ticket, it is necessary select the time slot, please come on time so that we can offer a better experience. Tickets can also be purchased directly at the Palau Martorell ticket office.
Access to the exhibition halls ends 60 minutes before closing time, the halls will be vacated 10 minutes before closing time.

The reduced ticket applies to the following groups:Seniors over 65 and/or retirees, European Youth Card holders, large or single-parent families, unemployed individuals (DARDO), person with disabilities (+ 1 companion). To benefit from the discounts, proper documentation must be presented at the ticket office.
Free Admission: Official guides of Catalonia, children under 6 years old, individuals with disabilities (65% + disability + 1 free companion).
ACCESIBILITY
- There are lifts and stair lifts. The Customer Service staff will guide you and activate the platforms to make it easier for you to get around.
- Access to the Palau is via the side of the building.
- Guide dogs are allowed into the building and the rooms.
- There are benches both upstairs and downstairs.
- Lift button panels are marked with Braille.
- Lift: we have a large-capacity lift so that people who need a wheelchair can use it to get around, always accompanied by Palau staff, who will make the visit more agile, using alternative routes.
- Adapted toilets.

The Artworks
Preserving the artworks and ensuring their conservation remains our topmost priority, necessitating strict temperature control within the exhibition rooms. Consequently, you may notice that both temperature and lighting levels are kept low, possibly requiring you to bring along a light jacket.
Additionally, we kindly request that all visitors maintain a hushed tone to avoid disrupting fellow visitants.
Access with pets
With the exception of guide dogs, all pets are prohibited from entering the Palau.
Photos
You may take photographs without flash and recordings in domestic format in the exhibition rooms. Tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted.

Use of mobile phone
Please switch your mobile phone on silent mode and maintain moderate speaking volume.
Food and drink
It is not allowed to bring any food or beverages into the Palau Martorell.
Behavior
Visitors must refrain from running or raising their voices within the exhibition rooms to prevent accidents and disturbance to fellow visitors.
For the protection and preservation of the artworks touching the objects is strictly prohibited.
In case of an evacuation, please adhere to the instructions provided by Palau Martorell staff.
Room closures
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Smoke-free area
The Palau Martorell is a smoke-free venue. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the building.
